Charlotte Scalloped V Blouse

This darling, semi-sheer blouse will solve all your date night dilemmas! Well, maybe not all of them. It can't pick up the check, but it will take all the guesswork out of finding something fabulous to wear and it may even turn a few heads if you are lacking an actual partner for said date! ;) It's a mock wrap top with a fitted, elasticized waist that is accented with a tie.
